The property gardens are beautiful. The only heads up I will say, the unit is on a hill, there are a number of steps from entry to the unit, so if mobility challenged this may not be right for you. Délicieuse tarte tatin de la maîtresse de maison avec pommes du verger pour nous accueillir!! Hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux, à notre écoute. J'y retournerai et je recommande fortement. Le plus, nombreuse places gratuites dans la rue, lave linge et sèche linge gratuitement à disposition. A 30 min à pied du centre de Rouen rive droite et à 15 min de la gare. On y est bien et on y resterait bien...

His English was excellent which was extremely helpful considering our... read more lack of French. We ended up having to cut our trip short, due to strikes in France. We hadn't been watching the news while on vacation and wouldn't have been aware of the potential issues had it not been for Jean-Pierre reaching out to let us know to get gas before the weekend was up. We are so incredibly grateful that he told us!
The beds were comfortable, the shower is spacious, the hot water is great. We had everything we needed. The place was very quiet. The parking on the street was very easy to find. On the night before we left, he came down to chat and gave us a farewell gift which was lovely. The location was decorated with many local touches. Laundry facilities on site were easy to find and use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
